A Winter Sunset over a farm in the Pemberton Valley, BC.

Across the street from Winter Blues in Pemberton, and taken two days earlier… at a different time of day.

Thanks.

And thanks for featuring it in your fun Un-noticed by obscene deviants thingy.

Good work, I like the contrast between the warm pastel tones in the sky and the cold snow (even though it got some tint thanks to the reflected light).

Nice contrast between the cold ground and mountains and the pastel-like sky :)

Isn't art weird—;photography included?

Whenever I get a comment about something that was good in the scene, such as the colours of the sunset, shape of a tree, etc., I don't know how to respond—sometimes I say "Thanks! I engineered it that way!" because I think I'm funny. Granted, I do 'enhance' the colours/contrast/sharpness of things post-shooting, I really have little to do with the actual base scene itself: I may compose things in my viewfinder and play with exposure settings, but I don't plant the trees or carve the mountains.

I forget where I'm going with this. I imagine it had something to do with the line "good work"—indeed, it was… I mean to say "Thanks for your comment!"

I assumed when you said "good work," you were referring to the capture of the image, not the natural (or unnatural) alignment of things. Again, I forget where I'm going with this.
